Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. * Identify and develop new market opportunities. * Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers. * Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their goals. * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or above. * 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the payment industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Familiarity with CRM software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fluent in Mandarin and English.
