Description of the job The property is currently living a period of profitable evolution and expansion, and it is looking for a Sales Manager capable of actively contributing to the commercial development and consolidation of its market position, in close collaboration with the General Management. Main responsibilities: ? Define and implement, in agreement with the Direction, the sales plan and marketing strategy of the structure. ? Analyze the reference markets, identifying new segments, partners, and business opportunities (individuals, corporations, leisure, events). ? Develop collaborations with similar brands, sector operators, travel agencies, and high-end tour operators. ? Come up with and implement marketing and brand promotion strategies ? Coordinate promotional and commercial communication activities, online and offline, in synergy with the property. ? Participate in national and international trade fairs, workshops, and events, representing Villa della Pergola and the values of Relais & Châteaux. ? Support the development of campaigns, offers, and experiential packages in line with the Maison's philosophy. ? Write periodic reports and propose corrective actions and growth strategies. Qualifications: ? Experience of at least 3-5 years in sales/commercial roles preferably in the luxury hospitality or tourism sector. ? In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the luxury hospitality market and distribution channels. ? Excellent relational, negotiating, and representation skills. ? Mastery of the English language (spoken and written); ? Good knowledge of CRM tools, channel management, and revenue analysis. ? Proactive attitude, flexibility, strategic vision, and strong results-oriented mindset. ? Sensitivity to excellence in service, authenticity, and Relais & Châteaux values.
