Sales Manager

From our Kingsland roastery, we craft some of New Zealand’s best specialty blends, fuelling top cafés and coffee lovers across the country. Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to take the wheel and drive growth in the wholesale space. Why Atomic? As Sales Manager, you will: * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the wholesale market; * Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities; * Collaborate with our roasting team to develop new blends and products that meet customer needs; * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments; * Provide exceptional customer service and support; * Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns; * Manage and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. What we’re looking for: * 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role; * Proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Passion for specialty coffee and the culture surrounding it.
