Your tasks: * You acquire new B2B customers, particularly HR departments and agencies. * You advise and support existing customers. * You independently develop and implement sales strategies. * You conduct sales pitches and negotiations. * You observe the market and the competition and identify trends. * You work closely with other departments. * You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing. Your profile: * You have several years of sales experience, ideally in the HR/recruiting environment. * You are familiar with the B2B sales of digital products. * You have a good network in the HR sector. * You have a strong sales and negotiation talent and a confident demeanor. * You are a team player and enjoy working independently. * You are interested in the digital world. * You have very good communication skills and a good command of German, both written and spoken.
