Position: Sales Manager – Home Loan & LAP
Location: Bangalore (Karnataka)
Organization: Leading Private Sector Bank
CTC: Upto 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of sales officers for Home Loan & LAP business

Drive sales through DSA sourcing and open market channels

Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and customers

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets

Ensure proper documentation, credit norms, and compliance

Requirements:

Min. 3–7 years in Home Loan/LAP sales

Team handling & DSA sourcing experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of mortgage products and local market dynamics

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
