Job Title: Sales Manager – Housing Loan (Individual Role)
Location: Panvel & Badlapur
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Job Type: Full-Time | Diversity Hiring
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to drive Business Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in Panvel & Badlapur. This is an individual contributor role, offering an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to build strong business relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sourcing and acquisition of Housing Loan customers through DSA.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, documentation, and disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets effectively.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Housing Loan sales.
Proven track record of achieving targets in an individual role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
