Position: Sales Manager
Location: Ghatkesar, Hyderabad
CTC: As per experience
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and target-focused Sales Manager to lead business acquisition for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves direct sourcing, team management, and building market relationships to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct channels.
Develop local market presence through micro-marketing, builder tie-ups, and connectors.
Manage and guide the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement.
Maintain portfolio quality through effective follow-up and documentation.
Cross-sell other banking and insurance products.
