Sales Manager – SaaS Platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and lead the sales team
• Identify and engage potential clients (brands, retailers, distributors, service providers, multi-location networks)
• Lead product demos and commercial presentations for prospects
• Understand client operational challenges and map our solution to their needs
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate closely with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Attend industry events and generate new leads
• Gather market feedback to support product and go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Retail Tech, Field Sales / Field Operations, CX or Ops platforms, or similar)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Romanian)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a plus
• Strong interest in technology and automation that improves field execution
