The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the packaging industry Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and client acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the packaging industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
