Sales Manager

Job Description The Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing profitability of the hotel, achieving and surpassing yearly sales budget, and ensuring delivery of outstanding quality service for all guests and clients. The Sales Manager works closely with revenue management and marketing to develop strategies that will maximize Revpar . They will be responsible for Annual Sales budgets and forecasts. Primary Responsibilities Business Performance Prepare sales reports and annual sales plans Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass yearly sales budget Ensure delivery of outstanding quality service for all guests and clients Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to develop strategies that will maximize Revpar Manage and control the sales budget and forecast Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve performance. Team Management Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance skills and knowledge Ensure high levels of job satisfaction and employee engagement among team members. Communication Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including revenue management, marketing, and operations teams Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including clients, partners, and suppliers. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
