Sales Manager Staffing Services (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, an established staffing services company with a nationwide focus, we are looking for experienced sales professionals from the staffing services industry for four regions: Halle (Saale) area, Lüneburg area, Nuremberg area, and Pforzheim area.

You will take over sales responsibility and independently develop the customer business there.

As a Sales Consultant Staffing Services (m/f/d), you will assume sales responsibility for one of the advertised regions. Your focus will be on actively acquiring new customers and the strategic establishment and expansion of sustainable customer relationships within your sales territory. You will analyze customer needs, develop suitable staffing service concepts, and manage the sales process up to contract conclusion. A special focus is placed on on-site models, master vendor solutions, and framework agreements.

The position can be performed remotely or, if a branch office is located near you, in a hybrid work model.

Tasks

• Active new customer acquisition, especially with small and medium-sized companies within your sales region
• Establishment and sustainable development of long-term customer relationships
• Analysis of customer needs and development of strategic staffing solutions
• Conception and sale of on-site models, master vendor solutions, and framework agreements
• Management of the sales process from needs analysis to contract conclusion
• Close cooperation with regional branches, identification of additional sales potentials, and reliable coordination of sales activities
• Personal customer appointments and continuous expansion of your network within the sales region
• Travel activities within your sales region to establish and expand new customer relationships

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as a Personnel Services Clerk, Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Personnel Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Many years of extensive sales experience
• In-depth sales experience within the staffing services industry
• Demonstrable experience in active new customer acquisition and customer support within the staffing services industry
• Very good knowledge and practical experience with on-site models and master vendor solutions
• Experience with framework agreements and strategic staffing service concepts
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally experience with zvoove pdl/recruit
• Willingness to travel within your sales region
• Strong communication skills and a focus on closing deals
• High self-management skills and an independent way of working
• Empathy and a respectful, professional approach to people
• Enjoyment of actively acquiring and developing long-term customer relationships
