About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Folding Carton (Folding Box Board / FBB) and Food Packaging Board commercial teams in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers; • Identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategy; • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the paper and packaging industry; • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English (written and spoken); • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
