Job Description: Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are a proactive person, oriented towards results, and have excellent communication skills, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Built and developed a network of national partners that you visit regularly
• Achieve sales targets by generating/monitoring/control potential clients
• Work together with able departments to construct and propose technical solutions;
• Participate in industrial fairs, exhibitions, and events;
• Collaborate with the marketing department for lead management and identifying best practices for conversion rate growth
• Implement commercial policy and ensure it is presented clearly to partners, make proposals for continuous improvement of this policy

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the construction/production materials industry or similar areas
• Relevant experience in constructing and coordinating a team of distributors at the national level
• A strong orientation towards results, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies for industrial products;
• Tech knowledge and the ability to understand product specifications and client needs;
• Digital skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook; CRM etc);
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities;
