Job description
We are a rapidly growing company in the field of sports nutrition and nutritional supplements, focusing on quality, innovation, and "Made in Germany". Our brand is internationally represented and continuously growing in both B2B and B2C sectors. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Sales Manager (m/w/d) who can successfully place our products on the market and excite new customers.
Tasks
Active management and expansion of existing customer relationships (B2B and/or B2C)
Aquisition of new customers and business partners in the field of sports nutrition
Presentation and sales of our products (telephone, email, online)
Preparation of offers as well as follow-up on sales transactions
Market and competitive analysis to identify new sales potential
Tight cooperation with Marketing and Product Management
Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
Qualification
Experience in sales, ideally in the field of sports nutrition, supplements or FMCG
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- High self-motivation and closing strength
- Familiarity with MS Office, ideally experience with CRM systems
- Very good German language skills, additional languages (e.g. English, Polish, Russian) are advantageous
- Interest in fitness, sports, and healthy nutrition
