Sales Manager (m/w/d)

As Sales Manager (m/w/d), you love sales, are a true sales talent, and score with your personality! You convince customers of our product through a care that is adapted to individual needs and challenges.

In addition, your tasks include:

• Proactive customer acquisition and care with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships (including contract negotiations and contract conclusion)
• Independent research of the local market for new customer acquisition (e.g. sales blitz at openings)
• Self-planned and executed all sales activities from Motel One to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones, such as customer events and hotel tours
• Ongoing market-, trend- & competitor analysis, as well as the creation of reports and statistics on customer performance
• Conducting sales training for hotel teams
• Closely working with hotel managers and departments Reservation, E-Commerce, and Marketing in the Head Office
