Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Taxi Dispatch Software

One of our core goals for 2026 is the complete digitalization of the European taxi market. We work with taxi companies to provide them with our advanced dispatch and fleet management software completely free of charge. This enables them to significantly reduce operating costs, successfully differentiate themselves from major ride-hailing providers, and achieve profitable, sustainable business management.

For this, we are looking for an empathetic, tireless, and practice-oriented personality in sales management who will be the face of this initiative.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Acquisition, contact, travel, and presentation of our dispatch tool to small and medium-sized taxi companies. You are the driving force in converting traditional vehicle fleets into modern, connected partners of Freenow.
• You will accompany entrepreneurs, fleet owners, and senior dispatchers in overcoming fears of operational changes.
• You will act as the voice of our partners. You will collect feedback from the markets on our software and work in direct exchange with our product and strategy teams to develop the optimal solution together.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in areas such as B2B Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Experience in mobility, logistics, or the sale of SaaS solutions to SMEs is particularly valued.
• Proven track record in managing a B2B pipeline and handling customer objections. You understand that even with a free product, you have to expertly "sell" the time, effort, and operational changes required for its implementation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ability to deeply understand a partner's business processes at a procedural level. You are skilled at guiding new partners step-by-step through the change process and ensuring they smoothly adopt the new software and new workflows.
• You do not see travel as a chore, but as an essential part of your job. You don't mind spending a significant portion of your working time (up to 40-50%) on the road to meet partners right where they operate.
• Due to regular exchange with customers and internal stakeholders, fluent German and English skills are required.
