Our owner-managed team at the Berlin location consists of nearly 50 employees who actively shape the online marketing market. For our further expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a clear focus on acquiring new customers.

Your Responsibilities

As a central part of our Sales Team, you will support the idea of performance-oriented online marketing and make a significant contribution to the further development and optimization of our sales strategies. Your focus will be on acquiring high-revenue advertisers for our affiliate marketing network.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will acquire new business customers for our affiliate marketing network and actively drive our growth.

• You will convincingly present our network, manage leads in a structured manner, and guide them securely to contract conclusion.

• You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to the successful handover to the Account Management Team.

• You will achieve and exceed your sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and a proactive sales approach.

• You will work closely with your team and maintain regular communication with the Team and Managing Directors.

What You Bring

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification; career changers are warmly welcome.

• You ideally have initial experience in affiliate or digital marketing.

• You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are highly committed to providing outstanding customer service.

• You consistently drive the sales process forward and never lose sight of the deal, even with complex transactions.

• You think strategically and can analyze market trends and convert them into competitive advantages.

Your First Months at Firstlead GmbH

You will get to know our affiliate marketing network and our internal processes in detail. After a short time, you will take over independent acquisition of new customers and guide initial comparisons and deals. After the first few months, you will be fully integrated into our sales team and drive your own sales projects forward.
