Start as a customer advisor in Sales (m/w/d) and secure up to six-figure earning possibilities.

Your Tasks

• You steer the entire sales process: from initial contact (warm-up) over personal and individual consulting to purchase completion.
• You stay in close exchange with our energy efficiency experts throughout the consultation period to ensure the success of our customers' renovation projects.
• You set high goals, work structured, and keep track of your KPIs at all times.
• You use our CRM system to efficiently manage your projects, quickly, reliably, and competently resolving customer needs.

Your Profile

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in customer consulting (e.g. sales, retail, interior design, construction industry).
• Passion and enjoyment in selling sustainable products.
• Communication skills & negotiation skills.
• Trustworthiness, self-initiative, and goal-orientedness.
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level in spoken and written form) - any additional language is a plus.
