As a Sales Manager in the field service at Treatwell, you are more than just a salesperson - you are a digital pioneer for beauty entrepreneurs in Berlin! You identify potential partner salons, persuasively convey the added value of our platform and conclude successful partnerships that sustainably transform our customers' business. • Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to find potential beauty salons through various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google). Your focus is on the sales area in Berlin
• Build relationships: Convince with your communication skills on the phone and during personal visits - your charm opens doors!
• Product Champion: Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace in such a way that the advantages for each salon are clearly recognizable
• Closing artist: Lead negotiations confidently to successful contract conclusion and celebrate every deal
• Structured working method: Precisely document your activities in Salesforce and always keep your pipeline in view
• Goal orientation: Win at least 10 new salon partners per month and maximize your commission

• Attractive compensation model: €39,000 fixed salary plus UNLIMITED commission with an average target salary of €64,000 gross/year. Our top performers even earn up to €8,500 gross per month in commission!
