Job description

Job Description At Lendi Group, we’re transforming the way Australians find, buy, and own property. Our mission is simple: to guide customers through their full property journey with confidence and long-term financial wellbeing. Step into a leadership role where you’ll lead, coach, and grow a team of high-performing brokers. As Sales Manager, you’ll embed our Find → Buy → Own strategy into daily activity—driving results, inspiring growth, and ensuring customers achieve success across their entire property journey. This includes: • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction • Leading and managing a team of mortgage brokers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including our Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive business growth • Providing exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, including lenders, aggregators, and other industry stakeholders • Participating in regular performance reviews to set goals, track progress, and make adjustments as needed • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance metrics • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Achieving individual and team targets, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge • Staying current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Our ideal candidate will have: • A strong track record of sales success, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industries • Proven leadership experience, including team management and development • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Experience working with CRM systems and other business software • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, marketing) or equivalent experience. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: • Competitive salary and bonus structure • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a passionate team • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to drive innovation and growth • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and more. If you’re ready to take your sales career to the next level and join a forward-thinking organization that values its people, we want to hear from you!
