Sales Manager (Plastic Manufacturing) - Maitland, Cape Town - CTC R70,000/month gross Benefits We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of four sales professionals. The role is based at our Maitland factory and involves frequent national travel across South Africa. Duties Drive new sales & marketing opportunities Manage & grow customer relationships nationwide Lead, mentor & develop your sales team Ensure targets are consistently met Oversee reporting, forecasting & team performance Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
