We have already built a strong reputation in the Romanian market — our clients keep coming back, and new ones join us every week through recommendations. With the growing flow of clients and incoming inquiries, we are expanding our team and looking for Sales Managers to join us and grow together.
Responsibilities:
- Find new clients, conduct negotiations, and sign contracts.
- Support customers and oversee the process from order acceptance to cargo delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, moving them from “new” to “regular” and “key.”
- Keep client records up to date in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Fluent in Romanian.
- English — at least B level.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with cold calls will be a strong advantage.
