Your tasks

• Participant acquisition: Addressing and inviting top executives and decision-makers for our conferences and B2B platforms.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our partners and participants.
• Market observation: Identifying relevant companies and industry representatives that are of strategic importance for our events.
• Coordination: Close collaboration with the event team to ensure smooth participant communication.
• Goal-oriented approach: Achieving acquisition and revenue targets through convincing communication and professional appearance.

Qualification

Your profile

• Experience in the sales sector, ideally in the conference or event industry.
• Confident demeanor when dealing with C-level contacts and high-ranking decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and self-motivated work style.
• Enthusiasm for networking, business development, and building relationships.
