Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) – Focus Sports Events

Pole Position is Europe’s market leader in the design and production of sports merchandise for events and brands. To expand our presence in Italy, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in Italy and working remotely. This position is designed as a growth role, offering clear development paths and increasing responsibility as you actively help build and scale our Italian market presence. Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Active acquisition of new customers through targeted sales strategies and account management. Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in the sports events sector. Development and maintenance of strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align sales goals with company objectives. Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends. YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports industry. Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
