Sales Manager

Join our team and become part of an international company IDS, which is at a stage of rapid growth and development. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will help us expand our customer base and promote our logistics services in Romania and the Balkans.

• Develop and expand the client portfolio in Romania and the Balkans.
• Promote IDS services in all segments of logistics, including import/export, fulfillment, and distribution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers, importers, and exporters.
• Manage the entire sales cycle - from finding clients to signing contracts.
• Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A confirmed experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or expediting.
• Understanding of logistical processes, including transport, warehousing, customs, and multimodal flows.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Free command of the English language (required).
• Knowledge of Russian is a significant advantage.
• Able to work independently and achieve measurable results.
