Sales Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the sales team - coordinating, motivating, and recruiting new team members to achieve goals;
• Developing commercial strategy - elaborating and implementing short-term and long-term sales plans at the national level;
• Maintaining key client relationships - maintaining and developing strategic partnerships with Romanian industry companies;
• Market analysis - identifying opportunities for growth and trends in the industrial protection equipment industry;
• Performance monitoring and measurement - establishing KPIs, reporting results, and optimizing sales processes;
• Offer review and approval - verifying commercial proposals and ensuring their competitiveness;
• Interdepartmental collaboration - working closely with marketing departments for promotional strategies and procurement for product diversification;
• National territory coordination - managing national sales and supervising regional representatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, at least 3 years in leadership positions;
• Experience in the industrial protection equipment industry or related fields (an advantage);
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics, marketing, or management);
• Solid English language skills (medium-advanced level);
• Availability for travel throughout Romania.
