Sales Manager - Initial Hygiene

Join our dedicated team as Sales Manager! At Rentokil, we are on a mission to protect people and enhance lives through world-class pest control and hygiene services, and indoor plant care. The Sales Manager reports to the Upper North Island Regional Manager but will work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership with exposure to and work closely with key stakeholders at all levels across the Auckland portfolio and would therefore suit somebody with the assurance and judgement to operate at some distance from the Regional Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share, and will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that sales targets are met. This role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet their sales targets, and identifying and addressing any performance issues.
