Sales Manager / Real Estate Agent - Renovation (m/f/d)

To further drive our growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg starting immediately to strengthen our team and transform existing properties into livable spaces together with us.

Please note: We are not a real estate agent, we do not sell or rent houses or apartments.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers (buyers, owners, investors) and guide them through the entire process – from inquiry to the start of the renovation.

• You analyze the wishes and needs of our customers (scope, features, budget) and, together with our architects, create a suitable renovation concept.

• Close collaboration with our architecture and project team to provide customers with realistic plans and figures for their renovation.

• Sustainable building and maintenance of customer relationships – you are their companion until they move in.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in real estate sales, customer consulting, or the renovation of properties.

• Strong communication and consulting skills – you can build trust and explain complex topics simply.

• Independent, structured way of working and high motivation to drive things forward.

• Affinity for real estate, architecture, and/or interior design are an advantage.

• Pleasant demeanor and enthusiasm for working with families & private / end customers.
