Sales Manager (Hunter-Fokus)

Your Mission As Sales Manager at deepico, you will take on a key role in the company's further growth. Your focus lies on actively winning new customers in the DACH market – with a focus on Switzerland – and later also in the wider international environment. You are responsible from the first contact to the conclusion, work closely with Marketing and the Business Team, and bring your understanding of processes and ERP solutions specifically into play. Your tasks: Active lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management. You will identify and prioritize potential customers, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for reporting and analyzing sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and making data-driven decisions. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, as well as your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
