SALES MANAGER

Humangest S.p.A. is seeking for an important chemical industry client SALES MANAGER. The ideal candidate will have to manage and expand the client portfolio, follow commercial negotiations and actively contribute to the company's growth on the territory. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the management and development of the existing client portfolio in the sector, follow the negotiation phase and monitor the market and competition, identifying business opportunities. Produce periodic reports and contribute to the development of the company's commercial strategy. The candidate will have to work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. He/she will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. The candidate will have a strong understanding of the chemical industry and its trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. He/she will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. He/she will have a strong understanding of the chemical industry and its trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. He/she will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks.
