Sales Manager Hôtelerie

In the context of developing our commercial activities, we are looking for a passionate Sales Manager (M/F) with a keen interest in the hotel industry and willing to contribute to the growth of a prestigious establishment. Responsibilities - Develop and implement a commercial strategy to maximize revenue. - Actively prospect new partners and strengthen existing relationships. - Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure their follow-up. - Participate in trade shows, fairs, and professional events in Switzerland and abroad. - Work in synergy with Reception, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams. - Ensure regular reporting of performance and propose improvement actions. Profile - Degree in commerce, hotel management or tourism. - Confirmed experience (3 to 5 years minimum) as a Sales Manager or similar position within a 4* or 5* hotel. - Solid negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. - Mastery of the Swiss and international market, particularly on the Corporate and MICE segments. - Excellent presentation, autonomy, and service sense. - Languages: French and English fluent; German is an asset. - Good knowledge of CRM, PMS, and digital hotel tools.
