• Coordinate the reservations/reception team to achieve and exceed set targets;
• Develop sales strategies to increase resort revenue;
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal departments to implement them;
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to make informed decisions;
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships to attract more guests.
