Job Requirements As an Order Management Representative - Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: • Manage and coordinate orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing; • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly; • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, including inventory management, shipping, and returns; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution; • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support to clients. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field; • Strong understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical compliance industries; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com) is a plus.
