About the Role We are expanding our Specialty Paper division and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across South America for Greaseproof Paper and MG Paper. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and expand existing accounts for Greaseproof Paper and MG Paper in South America. Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Identify and pursue new market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Travel within South America to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the paper industry, with a focus on Greaseproof Paper and/or MG Paper. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the South American market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
