As Sales Manager Duty Free, you are the link between global A-brands and international customers such as airports, border shops, and ferries. You know how to turn opportunities into results and seek a new challenge where you can unleash your entrepreneurial spirit. In this role, sales revolves around building long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers. You move easily between both worlds and know better than anyone else how to close deals that benefit everyone.

What you will do:

• You are the point of contact between A-brands such as Mars, Diageo, Heineken, Dior, and your international Duty Free customers who sell these products in their retail environment.
• You work with multiple categories and maintain intense contact with both clients and suppliers. You are not only a salesperson but also a strategist and relationship builder.
• You keep in touch with clients via phone and digitally, but you also visit them regularly. You travel for this purpose approximately four to five times per year.
• You coordinate order processing and customer satisfaction, and use your analytical skills to continuously monitor and adjust market developments, strategies, and performance.
• You use your sharp sense of making deals during negotiations, with an eye on both margins and relationships in the long term.
