Our client is an established international consumer brand within the home and lifestyle space. As part of its expansion into Singapore, the company is building its local presence and growing its team to drive market development and strengthen its footprint across multiple sales channels.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will play a key role in building and developing the company’s direct sales capability in Singapore. The role will focus on establishing and growing a network of freelance sales agents while driving sales execution across roadshows and retail channels. This position requires someone who can combine sales strategy with hands-on execution in a growing business environment.

• Build and develop the direct sales channel, with a focus on establishing a strong network of freelance sales agents
• Identify and develop effective recruitment channels to attract and grow the sales agent network
• Establish structured onboarding, sales training, and coaching programmes to support agent performance
• Manage and drive sales execution across roadshows, retail stores, and other offline channels
• Develop and scale customer and partner referral programmes to support sales growth
• Monitor and strengthen sales processes and channel effectiveness as the business expands in Singapore

About You

• 3–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in direct sales or agent-based sales channels
• Proven experience in recruiting, managing, and coaching commission-based or freelance sales teams
• Good understanding of Singapore’s roadshow and retail sales environment; consumer or home appliance experience is advantageous
• Hands-on, commercially driven, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
