Responsibilities will include
This is a leadership role focusing on leading the sales operations across the Audi, Volkswagen, and Skoda brands. This trifecta of European brands provides a unique market presence. Luxury prestige design, performance and sustainability, innovation, affordability, and volume sales can be discovered across the multi brand lineup.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Energised leadership and support of the sales team creating a performance culture that results in sales growth
• Upholding the highest standards of excellence and decency
• Creating an engaged team through positive encouragement, training, mentoring, and motivation
• Leading from the front with commitment and passion
• Active relationship enhancement with new vehicle distributors
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and standards
• Active trading involvement ensuring superior stock control and profitability
• Implement
