Game Lodge Company Sales Manager Location: Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal Salary: ± R35 000 (Negotiable) Working Structure Hybrid role: 3 days office-based, 2 days work-from-home Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join a small Game Lodge Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both trade and direct sales within the hospitality and tourism industry, with a strong focus on driving revenue and building relationships. Key Responsibilities Drive sales across the lodge property portfolio, including game drives, guided tours, and accommodation packages. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients. Requirements Proven track record in both trade and direct sales within the hospitality and tourism industry. Strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
