Basic Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £45,000 – £50-60,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales & Lettings Lister to join a growing, successful team in Godalming. You’ll be responsible for generating new business across both sales and lettings, building strong relationships with local clients, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the branch.

The promotional opportunities with this role are exceptional — the successful candidate will have a clear pathway to progress into a Branch Manager position.

Generating new business opportunities in both sales and lettings.

Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions.

Building lasting relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants.

Ensuring properties are marketed effectively to attract the right audience.

Negotiating offers to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Maintaining detailed local market knowledge and proactively identifying opportunities.

Working collaboratively with the wider team to drive branch success.

Proven experience as a Sales Lister, Lettings Lister, or Senior Negotiator looking to take the next step.

Confident in generating new business across both sales and lettings.

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ambitious, career-focused, and passionate about property.

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.

Competitive basic salary of £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience).

Realistic OTE of £45,000 – £50-60,000.
