Sales & Front Office Manager (m/f) Rooms Division Manager

For the further development of three hotels in the Thunersee region, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and warm personality as Rooms Division Manager or Head of Reception.

Are you a host with a passion for hospitality, do you maintain an overview even in hectic situations, and do you know how to lead employees and inspire guests? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

You will be responsible for 110 rooms and will not get nervous if the PMS fails sometimes.

Your Tasks

• Operational management of the Reception and Front Office
• Leadership, motivation, and scheduling of the reception team
• Ensuring a professional guest journey from check-in to check-out
• Revenue-oriented room sales and optimal occupancy management
• Processing of reservations and collaboration with OTAs and sales partners
• Management of online reviews and active quality management
• Close collaboration with Housekeeping and other departments
• Introduction and optimization of processes and standards
