Sales Executive

Please find the below JD. Role - Sales Executive Location - Tirupati Responsibilties- 1. Responsible to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets as specified by the BM 2. Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual 3. Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual 4. Responsible to handle enquiries through – Walk in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & Travel Agents 5. Ensure that customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product/service 6. Follow up with customers for feedback and resolve any issues promptly 7. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers 8. Ensure that all sales activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures 9. Participate in training sessions and workshops as required by the company 10. Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
