Sales Executive

Description RPO Recruitments client is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve selling our recruitment services to prospective clients and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
