Sales Executive

Job Description: Nextenti Tech Private Limited is a healthcare hiring platform connecting healthcare professionals, students, colleges, and organizations with employers. We are looking for proactive and result-oriented Sales Executives responsible for lead generation, onboarding healthcare professionals, and coordinating with colleges and organizations for bulk employee and student registration on the Nextenti application. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads for healthcare professionals, identify potential clients, and build relationships to drive business growth. Onboard new healthcare professionals by providing them with a comprehensive overview of our platform, highlighting its benefits, and ensuring they understand how it can help them in their career development. Coordinate with colleges and organizations to facilitate bulk employee and student registration on the Nextenti application. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and drive repeat business. Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing). 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
