About the Role — Sales Executive, Surat We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our expanding Surat office and contribute to the growth of our SaaS solutions across agencies and small businesses in India. This is an inside sales role — 100% office-based with no field visits required. Qualified leads will be assigned to you directly by the Sales Manager. Your responsibility is to engage those leads, understand their business requirements, present the appropriate Refrens solution, and close the deal. You will work closely with our Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and other means • Building relationships with potential clients and understanding their needs • Presenting Refrens solutions to meet those needs and closing deals • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies • Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and activities • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
