Sales Executive IC

We are looking for Sales Executives for the Horeca and Normal Trade channel for future needs in the Catania area. The role is responsible for the execution of the guidelines dictated by the company on the activation of the point of sale and on the coverage of the zone plan, through the verification and development of the assortment, rotations, exhibition spaces and the visibility of the products in the Horeca and Normal Trade channel. They are responsible for the correct implementation of the plans (marketing and sales) and for merchandising activities and for loading refrigeration equipment and hot displays (extra-display). The resource develops the Zone Plan and trade marketing activities for the Immediate Consumption channel in the assigned area, identifying and collecting customer needs and carrying out transfer order activities towards partner wholesalers, following the fulfillment process. They carry out business development activities through the identification of new business opportunities in the area. Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills - Goal-oriented and data analysis skills - Experience in the commercial field, preferably in the food & beverage sector - Preferably a three-year or master's degree - Proactivity - Planning and organization - Knowledge and ability to use IT supports (devices and software) The research is intended for candidates of both sexes in compliance with current legislation.
