Job description

Role Overview Ergoworks seeks a dynamic and sales driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on growing corporate sales, help companies adopt ergonomic solutions that improve workplace wellness and productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and capable of sourcing, building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities · Corporate Sales Growth (B2B) : Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate sales and expand our presence in the market. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. · Account Management: Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support as needed. · Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans. · Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Utilize this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth. Key Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. · 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or a related field. · Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong analytical and planning skills.
