Sales Excellence Manager/in (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• You support the Head of Sales in Sales Steering and contribute to increasing team effectiveness and engagement.
• You implement national guidelines, strategies, and processes within the sales organization successfully.
• You build targeted competencies in the sales teams and promote organizational performance.
• You develop training concepts and strengthen a well-developed sales culture and a future-oriented mindset.
• You work closely with Regional Sales Leaders together and ensure clear alignment on national priorities.
• You take responsibility and make a measurable contribution to sales success through your engagement.
• You implement consistent performance management, using KPIs for steering and ensuring customer profitability.
• You coach and develop sales talents like experienced colleagues and establish a culture of continuous improvement.
• You train the team in sales processes, techniques, and product knowledge, so that customer expectations are exceeded and loyalty is created.
• You bring the necessary travel readiness for national deployments.
