Job description

Job Title: Sales Engineer Department: ADM Experience Required: [2–5 years preferred] Reports To: Area Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary :We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a passion for sales. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our products/solutions, and providing pre-sales and post-sales support . Key Responsibilities:Ideally, you should have experience in the following areas: • Understanding customer needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. • Promoting our products/solutions through product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concepts. • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and tactics. • Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products/solutions and their applications. • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. • Participating in sales training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience. • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with a strong technical background. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel up to [X]% of the time.
