Sales Engineer (w/m/d) Area Industrial Maintenance - Hamburg

An international industrial and engineering company supports customers along the entire lifecycle of industrial facilities – from engineering/construction to production and maintenance. For the team in Hamburg, we are looking for a sales personality who leads the team to new challenging projects and strategically develops this area.

Tasks

· You are responsible for sales in the Industrial Maintenance area and develop this strategically and operationally with a focus on business development, new customer acquisition, and team building.

· You identify market and customer potential, build sustainable customer relationships, and steer the sales process until closure.

· As Head of Industrial Maintenance, you structure and lead the area, build the team specifically, take over P&L responsibility, and work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Management together.

Qualification

· Sales personality with a background in industrial environments, ideally in the areas of Industrial Maintenance, technical services, plant construction or engineering.

· Experience in B2B sales of explanation-required services.

· Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation security, and a keen eye for market opportunities.

· Strong communication skills and confident appearance even at management level.

· Very good German and English language skills, French is an asset.

· Travel readiness.
