This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team, engineering, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Promote and sell Flowserve products and services, including pumps, seals, valves, and related equipment. * Prepare and present technical proposals and presentations to customers. * Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product selection and application. * Collaborate with the sales team, engineering, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. * Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). * Proven experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in the industrial market. * Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Results-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). * Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with pumps, seals, valves, or related equipment. * Knowledge of the Porto Alegre/RS and Metropolitan Area industrial market. * Familiarity with CRM software.
